New Delhi, June 2, 2025 тАУ The results of JEE Advanced 2025 have been officially declared today by IIT Kanpur, the organizing institute. This yearтАЩs topper is Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone, who secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 with 332 out of 360 marks. Candidates can now check their results and final answer key on the official website тАФ jeeadv.ac.in.
The exam was conducted on May 18, 2025, in two shifts in a computer-based format. Over 1.8 lakh students appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.

To be included in the CRL, students must score minimum marks in each subject and overall total. The exam consists of:

This year, the cut-off marks saw a significant drop. The overall cut-off fell from 109 in 2024 to 76 in 2025, a decrease of nearly 30%. Subject-wise cut-offs also dropped by around 3%.
ЁЯОУ WhatтАЩs Next? JoSAA Counselling from June 3
All candidates who qualified JEE Advanced 2025 are now eligible to take part in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling process, starting June 3, 2025.
Through JoSAA, students can apply for seats in IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. The process includes registration and choice filling, which is crucial for securing admission into top engineering colleges in India.
